Chicken and rib nights
Nightly Dinner Specials
Broasted to a golden brown
The broasted chicken is fresh chicken marinated in the House's secret herbs and spices, then broasted to a golden brown. At lunch it comes as a 1/4 chicken, all white or all dark, or a 1/2 chicken, mixed, all white or all dark, with French fries, coleslaw and dinner rolls. The Chicken Breast sandwich can be broasted too.
Ribs, smoked on premises
The baby back ribs are hickory smoked on premises, then grilled with the House's own homemade BBQ sauce: a 6-bone order on the lunch menu, and a Full Rack or a House Rack at dinner.
For both at once, the dinner menu's Chicken and Ribs pairs a 1/4 broasted chicken with a 1/4 rack of baby backs.
“The 1/2 broasted chicken special was amazing! … Great stop at a nice local place.”
